The same thing happens to me all the time! It's so hard to stay optimistic! I think it definitely is directly linked to the people who you devote your time and energy to. When you feel that energy being returned, you're happy, and vice versa. Hmmm. I usually feel better when I go back to just trying to be me, and follow my own dreams. Then things start working out!
Why does it seem that every time I seem to have my life figured out, it all unravels itself again and I'm left no better off than I was?
